In order to change with our clients and in a fast changing environment, in Brazil and outside, Constantin invests in in-company trainings and encourage employees to participate in professional seminaries and technical meetings.
In Brazil, Frédéric Poirot, General Director and Partner, is leading and reengineering teams in order to bring:

Management teams in Brazil:
Sandra Zlotagora Pessini, graduate from the ESC Clermont and the University of Oregon, USA, (MBA), is in charge of Constantin Consultoria and all our marketing and communication activities. During her 10 year-professional experience, Sandra worked within consulting and training companies specialized in management and strategy. Used to cross-cultural environments, she was part of the French executive board of her last company.
Ricardo D´Aloisio is graduated from the PUC - Săo Paulo in accounting and expert in tax planning / optimization. He runs all our accounting and administrative support activities.
With a 20 year-professional experience - and specifically 12 years in auditing and accounting -, he worked in one of the « Big Four », co-managed an accounting company before joining Constantin as a senior auditor.
